Glove Factory Studios is a unique workspace environment in Holt, Wiltshire, just 9 miles from Bath. Surrounded by acres of rolling countryside, the studios are set in a lovingly restored old industrial tanning and glove-making factory.
Complete with Wild Herb at The Field Kitchen café and Glove Dippers cold-water swimming club, Glove Factory Studios is a place that welcomes contrast, where rural meets urban, work meets play and old meets new. A mini rural rebellion made up of individuals who take to the countryside; not to slow down or escape, but to spread out, breathe freely and make good things happen.
Co-working, dedicated desk, private studios & workspace for thinkers, creators & doers
Sensitively designed workspace, flooded with natural light and set in glorious rural landscape, with all the modern benefits of an urban experience. Superfast broadband, plenty of car parking and health and wellbeing benefits including on-site wild swimming lakes. Reimagining our green and pleasant land.
Our workspaces
Leather factory
After years of planning and restoration consultation, we formed a partnership to bring the adjoining industrial heritage buildings into the Glove Factory Studios umbrella. We are carefully working our way to restoring the buildings to create a wider collection of studio workspaces with garden courtyards between the streetscapes that link the buildings. It is an exciting next chapter in our story.

FRIDAY 20th June
7pm
As far back as the Middle Ages, bonfires have lit up along the top of mountain ranges to celebrate, and encourage the longest day in the Northern hemisphere to linger.
This Summer Solstice we’re inviting you to linger and mingle with a few great British sculptors as we celebrate art in landscape and their exceptional work.
Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of exhibiting work by @sean_henry_, @williampeerssculpture, @dwgworthington, and @emilyyoungsculpture, all of whom will be present or represented on the night.
Join us for an evening of drinks and nibbles with vinyl DJ @far_call_records while mingling with the artists and their sculptures, before moving fire-side with @wildherbatthefieldkitchen for a delicious seasonal supper.
Tickets are available on our Eventbrite page, just let us know at the time of booking if you have any dietary requirements or if there are any guests you would like to be seated with.

Last Friday we had the pleasure of listening to Amy Sawbridge share her views on how businesses can attract and retain the right talent. How they can live up to their promises and show that they respect the deal between themselves and their employees.
Thank you Amy for incredibly useful insights and notes to help any organisation stand out from the crowd.
Amy has helped dozens of businesses over the years get really clear on what their purpose, values, and employee value proposition are, and more importantly live it so that they demonstrate they are trustworthy.

“According to Edelmans Trust Barometer we are experiencing something they refer to as a ‘Crisis of Grievance’.
Essentially employees are are losing trust in business and whilst business is still seen as more trustworthy than government, the media, and NGOs, it is dipping now for the first time since Covid.
And while it might be easy for businesses to get complacent because it’s a buyers market, your best talent will leave you, even in a buyers market.
That said, there’s a brilliant opportunity for enlightened businesses to stand out from the crowd and really demonstrate their trust.
Live up to their promises and show that they respect the deal between themselves and their employees.”

If this is something you are facing or you want to seize the opportunity to stand out from the crowd then join us this Friday 6th June at 9am in The Club Room for a brilliant Rooster Talks with Amy Sawbridge to find out how.
